Retro cyclists on with a vintage racing bike

Retrofietsers op gewone vintage fietsen.

Retrofietsers op recente klassieke stalen vintage fietsen.

Retro cyclists on steel fixed-gear bikes (fixies) and steel singlespeeds

Speciale vehikels zoals originele solex, derny's, e.d.

Enkel gewone pedalen of voethaken met riempjes worden toegelaten. Dus géén klikpedalen. Wees steeds in een retro-outfit, of replica-outfit zonder moderne accessoires.

Wie zich inschrijft verklaart bovenstaand reglement gelezen te hebben en het na te leven. Wie zich niet aan bovenstaande regels houdt, kan gevraagd worden zijn rugnummer en controlekaart in te leveren (zonder terugbetaling van het inschrijvingsgeld). Bij twijfel gelieve een mail met foto te sturen naar info@retroronde.be.

General Regulations Retroronde

  • The Retroronde on Sunday, June 7, 2026 is not a race. No rankings will be made.
  • Registration is voluntary.

  • Een deelnemer staat officieel ingeschreven als hij/zij het inschrijvingsformulier volledig heeft ingevuld en verstuurd, en als het inschrijvingsgeld is overgemaakt op het bankrekeningnummer.
  • The participant declares in good conscience that he is in excellent health and takes part at his own responsibility.
  • The participant must follow the traffic rules.
  • Each participant is expected not to damage nature or other people's property and not to leave waste behind.

  • New material (tubes, brake cables...) possibly applicable in case of repairs by the technical assistance is at the participant's expense.

  • The participant is personally liable for all damages caused by his/her own actions, negligence and/or carelessness.

  • Participants indemnify the organization, and persons working for or on behalf of the organization, from all liability.

  • The participant should follow the instructions of the organization and guidance when necessary.

  • The organization has the right to disqualify and remove a participant from the bike ride if deemed necessary.

  • De gegevens van de deelnemers worden opgenomen in een bestand. Dit bestand kan gebruikt worden voor mailings van de Retroronde of organisator Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen VZW. 
  • Participants agree with the possible use of images in print, on photo, film, video, etc. for promotional purposes of the Ronde without claiming compensation.

  • Als de deelnemer zich vóór  24 mei 2026 afmeldt voor de fietstocht krijgt hij zijn eigen betaalde bijdrage terug, na 24 mei kan geen aanspraak meer gemaakt worden op de eigen bijdrage. Bij ernstige ziekte of familiale omstandigheden beslist de organisatie of de eigen bijdrage teruggegeven wordt of niet. 
  • The organization reserves the right to change the route on certain parts or to cancel the entire Retroronde due to extreme weather conditions or other calamities, whereby the event cannot reasonably go ahead. In case of cancellation there will be no refund of entry fees.
  • By participating in this event the participant declares to have taken note of these regulations.
  • In all cases not covered by these regulations, the organization will decide.
