With hula hooping, you train your core body, coordination as well as your laughing muscles. The rhythmic movements trigger the release of happiness hormones! Hooping together is sociable, intense, quite funny, connecting, here and now, letting go of everything for a moment and surrendering completely to the circle.

Dansworkshop swing 
In this workshop we will work on the basics to get you conquering the dance floor with fun and improvisation. We explore only essential steps, moves and grooves.

Dansworkshop boogie - rock 'n roll
As an introduction to this energetic dance, we start with some basics like kicks and triples. And as icing on the cake, we fly through the air together with some jumps and lifts.
