Registrations takes place in Hall Armare of the 'Abij van Maagdendale'. Follow the arrows.

Opening hours registrations

Saturday, June 10 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, June 11, from 8 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.

 
Upon registration for the family ride on Saturday, you will receive:

• A wristband confirming your registration.
  
  
• For the children, a token for a free ice cream after the ride.
  

 
When registering for the Retroronde on Sunday, you will receive:

• Your back number and a frame plate (including safety pins and strings).
  
  
• You will also receive a wristband with the same number so that your bike can go faster into the guarded bike park, so we will know whose bike is whose in case of a possible incident. It is best to wear this wristband throughout the weekend.
  
  
• A course map/control card, which entitles you to feast at our fantastic refreshment points, including final refreshment at the finish. With this you also receive the emergency number you can call in case of emergencies (irreparable bike, Red Cross e.g.). So keep this card close. 
  

Rent an authentic retro bike

 
Do you want to participate but do you not have a retro bike? Our partner Velofinesse will be happy to help.

For 25 euros you can rent an authentic retro bike. Reserve your bike by sending a mail to info@velofinesse.beat . Attention, the offer is limited. ​

Talking Evening

​The program and participation fee will be announced soon.

Paterberg & Koppenberg Vintage ride

7 euro incl. small supplies on the Paterberg. Please register in advance via the registration page.

Family bike tour

10 euro. Oudenaarde residents and children up to 12 years old participate for free.

Retro Time Trial

7 euro per participation. including start numbers and additional insurance. Register in advance through the registration page.

Retro Soirée

Free. Until 11 p.m. an evening of entertainment, food, dancing and music!

Retroronde

30 euros. Those who register before May 1 pay only 25 euros. If you register before June 1, your back number will be personalized. An extra nice souvenir!

The price is regardless of whether you have a license from a cycling federation or not. Those without a license or insurance are insured for free by our partner Cycling Vlaanderen.

Cycling Flee Market

Those who wish to man a booth of their own at our cycling flea market may do so. The rates depend on the desired booth space. You will find them on the registration page when you register. Pre-registration for this section is mandatory.

General

Portrait photo

Just after the ride on Sunday, a free portrait photo will be taken. You can download the photos for free from our site a few days later.

Departure RetroRonde

All distances leave together at 10:30 am. After stopping at Oudenaarde's historic Market Square for a group photo, , the group splits.

En route

During the ride you will be accompanied by motors and retro cars that liven things up a bit.

There are two refreshment points on the 40km and four on the 80 and 120km. At these posts we also provide some technical assistance. On supply 3 and at the finish the Red Cross is present.

There are two broom trucks that can pick you up if needed.

The emergency number is 0479/800409 for both mechanical breakdowns and medical interventions.

Those who started for the 120km can decide along the way to choose a shorter route. Those who started for the 80km or 40km can no longer shorten their route.

Arrival

At the arrival you will receive a filled musette. There will also be a number of prizes (see below) awarded among the participants around 17h00. Showers can be used free of charge in the Ronde van Vlaanderen center. There will also be a changing room.

Check your equipment in advance

We recommend that you first thoroughly check your equipment (pedals, brake pads, gears, tubes... ) before coming to Oudenaarde. The old(er) material is often more susceptible to defects. It would be a pity if you had to interrupt this beautiful bike ride.

How to get there.

Oudenaarde offers ample parking in the area. There will be a parking lot in the street Tussenmuren. But it can fill up quickly, it is best to park at the back of the Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen (parking Ham) near the Scheldt river. There are fixed signposts 'P-Ham' from the exit of the N60 or you type 'Smallendam - Oudenaarde' into your GPS and you immediately arrive at the parking.
